The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.
Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, we often prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We have found tremendous success taking people with careers as bartenders
, servers
, teachers
, healthcare workers
, and even former military and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).
Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.

RequirementsJob Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
- Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
