Phone Sales Representative (Inside Sales) | West Palm Beach Area, FL

Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative/Inside Sales Rep who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commission? We are a rapidly growing firm in the (rare coin & collectibles) industry, actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm Beach area. This is a Salary/Base plus Commission, full-time, in-office sales role, with unlimited earning potential (grow your own Client Book), real career growth, and the best work schedule in the industry.

• Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
• Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and must remain Teachable
• Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket phone sales

• 1–2 years of phone sales / inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Half Day)
• No nights or weekends.

• Base Salary + 15% Commission (UNCAPPED)
• Weekly Pay, Daily & Weekly Cash Bonuses (Spiffs)
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $72,000 – $150,000+
