Inside Sales Representative

Our client is a well-established commercial office furniture company that has been serving businesses for over 45 years. They provide office furniture and workspace solutions to companies across multiple states and are looking to grow their sales team.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, you'll work with inbound leads, showroom visitors, and website inquiries to help businesses find the right office furniture solutions. You'll manage the entire sales process—from the first conversation to closing the deal.

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, website inquiries, and showroom visitors.
• Build relationships with business clients and understand their office furniture needs.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales.
  
  Manage your sales pipeline and update the CRM.
• Work with customers on projects ranging from small office orders to large office build-outs.

• Previous B2B sales experience is required.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized and comfortable using a CRM.
• Able to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL.
