• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
• Client Communication:
  Interact directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Policy Recommendations:
  Offer expert advice on insurance coverage options and tailor plans to suit individual client requirements.
• Client Retention:
  Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
• Professional Development:
  Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.

• No insurance experience required.
• Active 440 license is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

Comfort using standard computer systems and basic insurance management software.

Clear and empathetic communication style for phone and email interactions.
