Account Executive

I am working on behalf of one of the largest and most established Private Duty Home Care providers in the United States. They are looking for an experienced Account Executive to continue growing their presence throughout North Palm Beach County.

• Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout North Palm Beach County
• Grow Private Duty admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, senior living communities and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct assessments as part of the sales process to build trust with clients and families
• Work closely with the Executive Director, Coordinators and Nurse Supervisors to ensure a seamless referral process
• Manage your territory with increasing autonomy while utilising Salesforce CRM
• Represent the company within the community through networking and relationship-building activities
• Home Care or Home Health sales experience
• Existing book of business within Palm Beach County
• Proven track record of generating referrals and closing business
• Professional, polished and relationship-focused approach
• Strategic and persistent sales mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Base salary up to $100,000
• 2% commission for the life of the patient
