Property Acquisition Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking for a highly motivated Property Acquisition Sales Representative to source and secure residential real estate deals across South Florida. This is ONLY a profit-based role designed for self-starters who are confident in their ability to generate results.

If you are comfortable working independently, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and getting paid based on performance — this role offers significant upside.

• Prospect and generate off-market property leads (cold calling, networking, referrals, field outreach)
• Build relationships with property owners and motivated sellers
• Conduct property evaluations and gather necessary due diligence information
• Negotiate purchase agreements
• Present offers and follow up consistently to secure signed contracts
• Coordinate with internal team to move deals to closing

• 0% salary based
• Profit-sharing structure per closed deal
• Unlimited earning potential
• High performers can realistically earn $100K+ annually
• No cap on earnings and bonuses

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable with profit sharing earning-only compensation
• Self-disciplined and results-driven
• Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
• Need a working computer
• Reliable transportation required

• Thick skin and persistent (ex barber welcome, or rep selling at the door vacuum cleaner, solar panels, or any other goods.
• Competitive and goal-oriented

• Speak multiple languages (French, Creole or Spanish)
• No previous real estate experience needed
