We are currently seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, representing our products and services to potential customers in their homes. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our brand, while also educating homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy and investing in a new roof or generator.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners within designated territories

Identify and qualify potential customers by conducting thorough needs analysis

Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, roofing, and generator systems

Consult with customers to determine the best solution for their energy needs

Prepare and deliver customized proposals to potential customers

Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with customers after the sale is completed

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources

Stay informed about industry trends and updates to effectively promote our products and services

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment

Knowledge of solar energy, roofing, or generator systems is a plus Motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
