Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor If you've worked the drive at a domestic store, you already know - this isn't an entry-level role. It's fast, it's high-volume, and it demands accuracy, confidence, and follow-through.

Mike Maroone Chevrolet West Palm Beach is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who understands how to manage repair orders, communicate clearly with techs, and deliver a service experience that keeps customers coming back. If you're comfortable in a structured process environment and already familiar with Cox Automotive platforms - even better.

What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a domestic dealership or independent shop Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years

Working knowledge of Dealer Track and XTime preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced service drive

Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits

Professional appearance and customer-first mindset

Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
