• Have phone conversations with prospective customers generated through our marketing campaigns and other sources
• Listen to understand each caller's needs and answer their questions with confidence
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing so you can speak to them naturally
• Recommend the right solutions to convert these inquiries into sales
• Collaborate with teammates to schedule service for our new customers and help provide an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving similar responsibilities
• A track record of success in customer service, sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including a friendly, confident, professional phone presence
• Comfort learning product details and explaining them clearly to customers
• A self-starter attitude with strong follow-through and attention to detail
