Account Executive

$85K–$110K Base + Uncapped Commission

Are you a true sales hunter who loves opening doors, building executive relationships, and creating a market from the ground up?

Our client is a growing healthcare services organization seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business across the South Florida healthcare market
. You'll sell long-term linen and laundry service contracts to hospitals, health systems, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.

• Prospect and develop new healthcare accounts throughout South Florida
• Build your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face selling
• Develop relationships across large hospitals and health systems
• Navigate complex, multi-location opportunities and long sales cycles
• Present, negotiate, and close long-term service agreements
• Strategically manage your territory and consistently drive new revenue

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or complex organizations preferred
• Ability to confidently engage senior and C-suite decision-makers
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and business skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning a remote/field-based territory
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
