Diamond Tool Store is looking for a driven, confident, and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building customer relationships, and taking ownership of their earning potential.

Our sales team receives a steady stream of inbound calls and leads every day, giving you opportunities to sell and build your customer base from Day 1. You'll also develop new business through outbound prospecting while managing and growing your own portfolio of customers.

If you're confident on the phone, comfortable learning technical products, organized, tech-savvy, and motivated by results, we want to meet you.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business while building long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Convert inbound opportunities into sales by assisting customers who call or contact us looking for products and solutions.
• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Manage and grow your own book of business
  , developing repeat customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Present and promote our products to both potential and existing customers nationwide.
• Provide consultative product guidance by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to move opportunities through the sales process and close business.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals while continuously developing your customer portfolio.
• Process customer orders and generate purchase orders using our POS and sales systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email throughout the sales and order process.
• Learn our product lines and confidently communicate product specifications, applications, and technical details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure accurate orders, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer service.
• Stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment where self-discipline and follow-through matter.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys talking with customers, and is motivated by the opportunity to build something of their own.

• 3+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or business development experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with computers, sales/POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to type 45+ WPM
• Ability and willingness to learn technical product specifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to commute to and work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL 33401

• Experience managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
• Experience with CRM or sales management software
• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual English/Spanish
