: $75,000 to $130,000+ annually, plus uncapped performance incentives

• 2+ years of home service sales experience
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive, can-do attitude

In this full-time role, you'll connect with prospective customers, follow up on leads, and conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and suggest solutions. You'll educate homeowners about our services, answer questions, build trust, and help them feel confident in choosing Rowland Pest Management. Your professionalism and positive attitude will help close sales, grow our client base, and contribute to the company's success.
