Executing oncology product sales within the West Palm Beach, FL territory as an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist, focusing on current and potential therapeutic offerings.

Responsibilities include developing account strategies, building customer relationships, delivering clinical and market information, and achieving sales targets through effective territory management. The role involves understanding healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement landscapes, and market dynamics, alongside executing marketing strategies and maintaining compliance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, minimum three years' experience in pharmaceutical or biologic/biotech sales or relevant clinical background, with proven success in complex hospital and large account sales, and strong relationship-building skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight/weekends are essential.

Preferred qualifications include hematology/rare disease sales experience, product launch experience in competitive environments, and knowledge of Multiple Myeloma or oncology markets.

The position is field-based, emphasizing virtual engagement capabilities, and involves working within a highly competitive oncology market, focusing on cancer treatment development, including new pathways and modalities. Collaboration occurs with healthcare providers, pharmacy personnel, and clinical staff, reporting to a District Manager.
