This is an immediate hire position!

As the Security Site Supervisor
, you will oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. This is a key leadership role where you’ll manage personnel, resolve site issues, and act as a liaison between our clients and the Secur Tec management team.

Note: Supervisors are provided a company suit and tie to reflect the high-end environment and maintain a polished, professional appearance.

• Personnel Management:
  • Supervise a team of security guards to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Participate in hiring processes, including conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new hires.
• Scheduling & Operations:
  • Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Approve and monitor timecards, verify hours worked, and assist with payroll submissions.
  • Handle last-minute schedule changes, call-outs, and shift reassignments as needed.
• Site Oversight:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, including maintenance of security equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure guards are following post orders, meeting uniform standards, and adhering to company policies.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare detailed incident and activity reports for internal and client use.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, logs, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Leadership & Performance:
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action to ensure guard performance aligns with company expectations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and reinforce training objectives.

• Minimum of 3 years of security or supervisory experience (luxury property experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using security and scheduling software (experience with When I Work is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License.
