• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security‑related screening procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, and drivers at entry points using approved methods such as credential checks, package and/or bag inspections, magnetometer and/or handheld wand screening, and vehicle access verification as assigned.
• Monitor assigned entrances, queues, and loading area access points to help identify prohibited items, unauthorized access attempts, and/or suspicious activity, and communicate concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving effectively, including documenting events, completing reports, and escalating notifications per post orders.
• Carry out regular and random patrols of screening areas, building entrances, and perimeter zones as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
