Security Officer - Part-Time Intake Screener

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Screen employees, visitors, and drivers at entry points using approved methods such as credential checks, package and/or bag inspections, magnetometer and/or handheld wand screening, and vehicle access verification as assigned.;
Monitor assigned entrances, queues, and loading area access points to help identify prohibited items, unauthorized access attempts, and/or suspicious activity, and communicate concerns to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events, completing reports, and escalating notifications per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, building entrances, and perimeter zones as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
