Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government location by following procedures and emergency response activities;
Conduct entry screening of persons, packages, and property using walkthrough metal detectors, hand wands, and/or X-ray equipment;
Control access through designated entry points by verifying identification and issuing visitor credentials;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, lobbies, and surrounding perimeter
