As a Security Guard - Hospital Mobile Patrol in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding service and communication. • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying permissions, directing foot traffic, and/or assisting with visitor screening processes according to site guidelines.
• Support hospital and clinic operations by assisting with de‑escalation, escort requests, and/or other security‑related duties while maintaining professionalism and courteous communication.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
