Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, screening processes, and other security-related support functions based on site requirements;
Support healthcare operations by observing patient waiting areas, public spaces, and restricted locations for policy compliance, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed
