Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with access control protocols.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured entry points, and other security-related issues.;
Support Allied Universal and site personnel with screening procedures, directional assistance, and communication related to daily operations and/or restricted access areas.
