Security Officer Hospital Driving Patrol –

• Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thu: 12:30 PM - 08:30 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, assist with directions and general questions, and help enforce site rules related to restricted areas and authorized entry.
• Support staff during medical‑related and non‑medical incidents by communicating clearly, assisting with crowd control, and following post orders and Allied Universal protocols.

• Hospital positions require required vaccines.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Application will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Application will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
