Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at a government location;
Monitor entrances, screening points, and/or restricted areas to help support authorized access, report irregular activity, and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and/or supervisors;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response protocols as appropriate for the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, grounds, and perimeter, noting access control issues, unsecured entry points, and/or unusual conditions;
Prepare accurate logs, reports, and/or incident documentation related to visitor management, badge activity, deliveries, and other security-related events
