Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Medical Center in Mangonia Park, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication.

What You'll Do- Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and direct patients, staff, and guests to appropriate areas when needed.
- Assist with addressing security‑related concerns in patient care and public areas while maintaining professionalism, awareness, and clear communication during routine and unusual conditions.
- Hospital vaccines are required.
- Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to background investigation.
- Will be considered for applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
