Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access screening protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Screen visitors, staff, and/or permitted items at designated entry points using established procedures and reporting guidelines;
Verify identification, visitor credentials, and/or access authorizations before permitting entry in accordance with location policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, and/or nearby perimeter locations to help support security-related operations;
Respond to incidents, prohibited item discoveries, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken
