Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in a technology and communications-focused location, assisting with badge verification, directional support, and reporting of access-related issues.;
Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or local responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, operational disruptions, and incident updates.
