- Wednesday (4pm - 12 midnight) and Saturday & Sunday (8am - 4pm)
- Ensure all rooms are in proper order before arrival of residents; checks fire equipment and ensures proper working order.
- Check clients into the lodge.
- Monitor clients taking medications.
- Prepare and distribute towels, linens, and personal hygiene items.
- Receive receipts and process payments for rent; update cards as needed; obtain clients' signature on forms as well as lodge rules and regulations.
- Monitor the activities of the lodge residents ensuring safety and compliance with house rules; check the security of all windows and doors; monitor cameras and make periodic rounds of entire facility; record any unique situations occurring on assigned shift.
- Respond to emergencies calmly and initiate appropriate corrective actions per policy and procedures.
- Open and close the lodge doors at designated hours of operation.
- Complete required paperwork representing client intake for the day; input data into the computer.
Ability to meet attendance requirements.
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly while maintaining control and initiating the proper corrective action.
Ability to perform combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis.
Distance of travel is usually within the same building.
Limited amount of physical effort associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.
Work performed in a transitional housing facility where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- One year experience performing security or social service work preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Valid State Florida Driver's License
