Security Officer Part Time Hospital Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes when applicable, and directing patients, staff, and guests according to site protocols;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Support front desk operations by answering questions, assisting with arrivals and departures, documenting activity, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or other security-related concerns
