Base pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.63/hour, with bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k). Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply, with support for naturalization fees.

Maintain a secure environment, greet visitors, monitor premises, respond to emergencies, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Engage courteously with residents and visitors, and assist with parking and leasing inquiries as needed.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training.

Certifications: Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid; valid driver’s license if travel is required.

Skills: Basic technical skills, following instructions, organizational knowledge.

• Occasional travel, evening/night shifts, on-call duties
