Security Officer

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to protect client personnel, property, and assets. In this role, you will conduct armed patrols, control access, respond to alarms and incidents, and enforce site safety and security procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV and security systems, writing clear incident and daily activity reports, and interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and the public. You will follow all company and client post orders, maintain weapons qualifications, and uphold high standards of integrity, vigilance, and customer service while working on-site at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed foot and vehicle patrols of assigned premises
• Control access points and verify identification for employees and visitors
• Monitor CCTV and other electronic security systems
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following post orders
• Write accurate incident, daily activity, and shift reports
• Enforce client policies, safety rules, and security procedures
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders when required
• Maintain firearms qualifications and adhere to weapons safety standards
• Provide customer service and clear communication to clients and visitors
• Perform regular inspections of doors, gates, and critical infrastructure
