Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public; security procedures and emergency response at a government location;
Monitor and control access to buildings, restricted areas, and parking facilities by verifying IDs, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documents;
Operate access control systems; maintain visitor/incident records; issue/recover temporary credentials; report discrepancies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel/public agencies as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access
