We’re seeking an experienced Lead Residential AV Technician to support and lead luxury home automation and audio/video projects throughout Palm Beach County, Florida
. This role combines advanced programming expertise with hands-on installation leadership in the field.

• Lead and execute luxury residential AV and home automation installations from rough-in through final commissioning
• Program, configure, and commission systems using Savant, Lutron, and Crestron Home
• Oversee on-site installation quality, system performance, and adherence to project standards
• Install, terminate, and configure AV equipment including displays, speakers, racks, control systems, and network infrastructure
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot advanced residential networks using Netgear AV Line, Ruckus, Araknis, and similar platforms
• Mentor and support junior technicians while coordinating with project managers and clients
• Perform system testing, documentation, and client walkthroughs to ensure a white-glove experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Savant, Lutron, and Crestron Home programming
• Proven background in luxury residential AV installations
• Advanced networking expertise, including managed switches, wireless systems, and VLAN configurations
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, leadership ability, and professional customer-facing presence
• $40–$50 per hour, based on experience
