We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in beautiful Palm Beach. If you have hands-on programming experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant systems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and service smart home systems including lighting, shades, AV, security and automation.
- Perform system updates, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system use.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to quality workmanship.
