Your ImpactAs an Aircraft (A&P) Mechanic Technician at Jet Access, you will perform critical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diverse aircraft models to ensure the highest standards of safety and airworthiness. This role combines technical expertise with meticulous attention to detail, diagnosing malfunctions and executing comprehensive maintenance procedures across airframe, power plant, and aircraft systems while maintaining strict compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards.

- Base Salary of $ per hour, paid bi‑weekly
- Overtime pay for all hours over 40.
- $6.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift
- $2.00 per Travel premium for AOG assignments

Monday through Friday - Hours:
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. - On call or evening/weekend hours may be required for urgent maintenance needs
As an Aircraft (A&P) Mechanic Technician at Jet Access, you’ll ensure aircraft safety and reliability through expert maintenance and technical precision. Here’s what your role encompasses:
Advanced Maintenance & System Repairs- Perform intermediate and heavy maintenance tasks independently on airframe, power plant, and propeller systems
- Execute turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run‑ups with precision
- Conduct comprehensive airframe system and component changes with thorough systems checkout
- Install service bulletins and modification kits on airframes and engines according to manufacturer specifications
