We’re looking for a Service Technician to repair and maintain medium and heavy‑duty trucks. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, disassembly & reassembly, and detailed work notes.

• Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicates with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Ensures the vehicle is kept clean and informs the service advisor/dispatcher of any changes in appearance or condition.
• Maintains and is accountable for all dealership‑owned tools and manuals; returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as received.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right‑to‑Know; stays abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
• Operates all tools and equipment safely and reports any safety issues to management.

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Up to two years of related experience and/or training as a technician.
• Valid CDL license preferred, recommended within one year of hiring.
