Nippon Sanso MATHESON is one of the nation's leading bulk suppliers of liquefied gases. We are looking for a Bulk Fleet Mechanic. Our diesel mechanics perform repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance in accordance with DOT standards on our tractors and cryogenic trailers. Other duties include maintaining shop parts, ordering and inventory control, tire repairs/changes, light vehicle electrical work, and some welding.

• Perform repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance on tractors and cryogenic trailers in accordance with DOT standards.
• Maintain shop parts and inventory, including ordering and inventory control.
• Conduct tire repairs and changes.
• Handle light vehicle electrical work.
• Perform welding as required.

• 2 years of diesel mechanic experience or highway equipment maintenance, or relevant training from a technical school.
• DOT air brake certification and annual federal vehicle inspection certification.
• Class A CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, FDA Vol 40, and CMGP; change management experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic computer skills with written and oral communication skills.
• Product line knowledge LIN/LOX/LAR preferred.
• High school graduate with additional training such as technical school classes.
• Welding expertise with aluminum and stainless (including TIG) preferred.
• Hydraulic system background preferred.
• Diagnostic background preferred (Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Eaton Transmission, International Engines).
• Provide own hand tools and a chest with tools up to 1-1/4 inches.

• 34.19 per hour up to $72,000 per year.
