This role calls for 10+ years of hands‑on residential plumbing experience, with advanced proficiency in rough‑in, trim‑out, fixture installation, gas piping, and a strong command of local and state plumbing codes.

- 10+ years of residential plumbing experience with strong knowledge of new construction, remodels, and additions.
- Proven leadership experience managing crews, coordinating workflow, and maintaining productive job sites.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Highly proficient in rough‑in, trim‑out, and final fixture installation, including water, drain, and vent systems.
- Strong understanding of local and state plumbing codes; able to read plans, coordinate layouts, and ensure work meets specifications.
- Experienced with copper sweating/soldering, PEX, PVC/CPVC, gas piping, and common hand and power tools.
- Ability to train and mentor apprentice plumbers while maintaining high‑quality workmanship and project schedules.
- Reliable, organized, and professional with strong communication skills for working with homeowners, builders, inspectors, and field teams.
