Tile Setter Installer

We are currently looking for highly skilled Tile Setters/Installers for permanent, full-time positions. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project.

• Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work.
• Complete tasks fully before moving on to the next job, or implement a temporary solution as needed.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and fellow team members.
• Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on project needs.
• Install, repair, and replace a variety of tile types and flooring materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Own and maintain basic tools required for tile installation.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools in a safe manner.
• Knowledge of general construction practices and details.
• Meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of tile installation techniques and methods.
