As a TAB Technician Trainee, you will spend your first 6 months shadowing and riding along with a certified professional. You will learn the ins and outs of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) systems to ensure building environments are efficient, safe, and fully compliant with life safety inspections.

This is a hands‑on, active role perfect for someone who loves solving puzzles, working with tools, and traveling to different job sites daily.

• Learn the Trade:
  Actively participate in our 6‑month hands‑on mentorship program.
• System Testing:
  Learn to use specialized tools (like balometers, manometers, and tachometers) to accurately measure air and water flow.
• Data Collection:
  Read and interpret mechanical blueprints/plans to locate equipment and accurately record data.
• System Adjustment:
  Adjust HVAC system components to achieve optimal performance, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Daily Travel:
  Report to the home office daily and ride along with a certified tech to various commercial/industrial job sites.

• Client Badging Requirement:
  Must be able to pass standard background checks as required by our clients' job site badging and security clearance processes.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Math
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong basic algebra skills (you will need to calculate areas, averages, and ratios).
• Experience (A Plus, But Not Required):
  Any background in mechanical work, construction, or experience reading blueprints/schematics is a huge plus.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to climb ladders, work in various building environments, and handle testing equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License:
  Clean driving record to travel to job sites.

Paid Training:
Earn $20–$25/hour while you learn a highly specialized, lucrative trade from certified experts.
