Avalon Bay Communities in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and more. You will oversee the work of Maintenance Technicians I and II, complete work orders, and ensure apartments and car garages are rent-ready.
Required are 3+ years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license; HVAC CFC certification or willingness to obtain is essential.
