Power Washing Technician

We have immediate openings for a Power Washing Technician with experienced applicants to be considered for a Foremen (Crew lead) position. • Commercial power washing and exterior cleaning services
• Multi-story roof cleaning
• Sidewalk and building washing
• Gum removal and specialty cleaning services
• Equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

• Lead and supervise job site crews
• Coordinate daily work assignments
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Communicate with customers and management
• Train and mentor technicians

• Valid driver's license – in good standing
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in Florida weather conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and push/pull 35–75 lbs
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 4 stories and working at heights
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Experience operating a 4,000 PSI pressure washer or similar equipment
• Commercial power washing experience
• Roof cleaning experience
• Experience driving a 16'–24' flatbed truck
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience in consideration for Foreman position
• Previous field work or safety certifications

• Start times vary between 5:00 AM – 7:30 AM depending on job location
• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional out-of-town projects
