Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Insulation Crew Chief to join our team. As a Crew Chief, you will play a crucial role in improving energy efficiency, comfort, and safety in residential and commercial buildings.

• Organize and coordinate job materials and crew.
• Act as lead on site, communicate with customer, and manage the job through completion.
• Coordinate with sales manager, operations, materials, crew and homeowner.
• Install and remove various types of insulation materials.
• Perform tasks such as radiant barrier installation, rodent proofing, air sealing, replacing and cutting in new air ducts, installing attic fans (low voltage), and cleaning air ducts.
• Maintain energy efficiency and safety standards.

• Experience managing a crew in the construction field required.
• Experience with insulation is a definite plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
