Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC/R Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, communicate with technicians, and ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and maintains a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC/R technicians for service, maintenance, and installation calls
Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency
Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and service updates
Maintain accurate records of work orders, job statuses, and customer interactions
Coordinate emergency service calls and prioritize urgent requests
Support technicians with job information, directions, and parts availability
Handle inbound calls, emails, and service inquiries professionally
Collaborate with management to improve scheduling processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous dispatching experience preferred (HVAC/R or similar service industry a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Dependable, team minded mindset
Proficiency with dispatching software and basic computer skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and terminology is a plus

Schedule
Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Must be able to adhere to this schedule completely & consistently,Benefit package including:
