Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty and light-duty trucks to maximize safe and productive operations;
Review and complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) and repair orders;
Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspension, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, body components, and related vehicle systems;
Utilize vehicle computer diagnostic systems and electronic equipment to identify failure modes and perform accurate repairs;
Perform repairs in accordance with Factory Service Manuals and manufacturer specifications
