Olen Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Boynton Beach, FL—Quantum Lake Villas. The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, with turnover of units and strong customer service to residents.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience, good communication skills, and a valid Florida driver’s license. This is a full-time, in-person position with potential overtime and on-call responsibilities.
