Job Description

* To perform general apartment maintenance and repairs

* To complete work orders efficiently and professionally

* To support unit turns and basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance tasks

* To maintain safety and cleanliness across the property

Schedule

* Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay

* $22-23/hr, based on experience

* Contract‑to‑hire

Required Skills

* EPA Type II or Universal certification

* Strong HVAC knowledge

* Ability to complete general repairs independently
