HVAC​/Maintenance Technician - Multilocation

Our team members are representatives of the company as a whole and we expect the utmost professionalism in all duties performed at our properties. As a HVAC/Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary in order to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities. These functions include but are not limited to:
Commuting to all properties in our southern Florida Portfolio which are located in Boynton Beach, FL, Pompano Beach, FL, Stuart, FL. Where you will perform general HVAC repairs and assist with general maintenance repairs, apartment turnovers, complete resident requested service orders & ensuring the integrity of building systems and ensuring that the overall appearance of the property is in line with company standards.

Duties

Perform routine HVAC maintenance and repairs
Perform general apartment maintenance repair
Perform plumbing repairs; installing plumbing faucets and drains
Perform electrical repairs
Install kitchen cabinetry and appliances
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job; heavy lifting, climb ladders, ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
Assist property/business manager as needed in emergency situations
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities performed, including completed work, inventory of supplies, and list of vendors.

Required Qualifications

EPA Universal Certification
Commute to all properties in our southern Florida portfolio;
Boynton Beach, FL, Pompano Beach, FL, Stuart, FL
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Maintenance Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces, ladders, or high locations as required.
Necessary tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
