Chiller Technician – Commercial HVAC

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Chiller Technician to join our expanding team. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair:

Air-cooled chillers

Water-cooled chillers

Cooling towers

Chilled water systems

Pumps and associated controls

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.

Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues.

Start up and commission new chiller equipment.

Recover, evacuate, and charge refrigerant systems.

Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.

Complete digital service reports with detailed findings and recommendations.

Communicate professionally with customers and project managers.

Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Preferred Experience Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.

At least 3 years working on chillers.

Experience with one or more of the following manufacturers:

Trane Daikin Carrier York Mitsubishi Smardt Multistack Experience  with BAS systems such as:

Tracer Niagara Johnson  Controls Honeywell Siemens Ability  to troubleshoot compressors, VFDs, expansion valves, sensors, and control boards.

Qualifications EPA Universal Certification (Required)
Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Factory training from Trane, Daikin, Carrier, York, or similar manufacturers NATE Certification (Preferred)
