Residential Painter
Guardian Service Industries is seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our West Palm Beach team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, delivers clean, high-quality work, and maintains professionalism in occupied and unoccupied residential settings.

Compensation$21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Fluency in EnglishFluency in English is required for this position due to regular communication with English-speaking employees, managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finish work.
- Repair and prepare surfaces, such as drywall, plaster, and wood, before painting.
- Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, and finishes according to specifications.
- Ensure proper care and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with safety standards.
- Minimum 2 years of residential painting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
