Maintenance Technician - Industrial Equipment & Robotics

$24-$26+/hr DOE | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing facility with advanced equipment, automation, and robotics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and working with modern manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and automated systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
• Assist with continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Experience working with automated equipment, robotics, or production machinery is highly preferred
• Technical training, certifications, or related education are a plus

Schedule:

This position starts on a daytime schedule for training and onboarding before transitioning to an afternoon/evening shift:

• Weeks 1-2: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weeks 3-4: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Week 5 and beyond: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

This schedule allows for hands-on training with the team before moving into the regular shift.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
