Masters Level Social Worker

Gulfstream Goodwill Industries is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting people with disabilities and other barriers to employment in achieving self-sufficiency. With over 50 years of service, the organization provides more than forty health, human, and social service programs. These programs are available to individuals in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. Gulfstream Goodwill Industries strives to make a positive impact on the community by empowering individuals through meaningful support and opportunities.

The Masters Level Social Worker will provide comprehensive support services to individuals and families, including assessments, counseling, and case management. Responsibilities include developing individualized service plans, connecting clients to community resources, and monitoring their progress to ensure goals are met. The role involves maintaining accurate and confidential client records and collaborating with other professionals to provide holistic care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing service plans, and providing case management
• Strong counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy skills
• Experience in coordinating with community resources and external agencies
• Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida
• Experience in working with individuals facing disabilities, homelessness, or other barriers is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and electronic record-keeping systems
• Commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality
